Asst. Principal 12th Grade

I am honored, humbled, and thrilled to begin this next part of my journey as an Assistant Principal for the class of 2027! This is my first year at Central Dauphin, but I am not new to education or administration. I proudly taught in Manheim Township for eight years before spending the next eight years as an administrator in the School District of Lancaster and Cumberland Valley School District.
For the last three years, I was an Instructor and Implementation Coach with the International Institute for Restorative Practices. While there, I had the opportunity to travel across the nation and work with a variety of K-12 schools to enhance school climate and culture. In 2023, I was fortunate enough to write my first book Heartbeats, an International Best Seller, and use its message of educator impact to keynote conferences and district events around North America.
My greatest goal as an administrator is to make sure we create a culture where all students, staff, and families feel the value they bring to the table. Providing a sense of belonging, a culture of dignity, and a proactive balance of support and accountability will always be at the forefront of preparing our students for their futures. My passion is connection and understanding each student’s story, so we can work together toward their individual success.
I am excited to grow in my career at Central Dauphin High School. When I am not at the building, I enjoy cheering on all my Philadelphia sports teams and Notre Dame football. You might even catch me on the golf course, pretending to know what I’m doing. I am looking forward to working alongside your students to make a positive impact on our school community.
