As Principal of Central Dauphin High School, I bring over two decades of experience in education, including leadership as both an assistant principal and principal. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (D.Ed.) from Widener University, where my research focused on understanding the perceptions of school personnel and parents toward school-wide initiatives. My leadership philosophy centers on building strong connections, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that every voice within our school community is heard and valued.
